Refund Policy

We are happy to offer a return or exchange where goods are faulty. Please photograph the item/s in question, and send the images to hello@lylalubathco.com along with your order number and full name. We will be in touch with you to process your request within 3 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow up to 14 days from the date of processing for this to reflect on your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or banking provider. It may take several working days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@lylalubathco.com


We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@lylalubathco.com


Shipping costs are non-refundable, however we are happy to cover the return shipping costs for faulty items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return/ Exchange shipping fees will only be reimbursed once we receive your returned items and they have been carefully inspected and deemed faulty. All items must be returned with all due care taken to ensure no extra damage occurs.
